1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Starleap Media website at starleap.tv ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio tracks, concept art, and video — is the property of Starleap Media LLC or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission from Starleap Media LLC.

Contributors to Starleap projects retain Royalty Points and co-ownership rights as defined in their individual contributor agreements. These Terms do not supersede or modify any such agreements.

4. Raffle & Newsletter

Participation in the Starleap newsletter raffle is voluntary. By entering, you provide your code name and email address and consent to receive occasional communications from Starleap Media LLC.

Raffle entries are limited to one per email address and one per code name. Duplicate entries will be rejected. Starleap Media LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules.

Starleap Media LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without notice.

5. Merchandise

Merchandise is sold through our third-party Printify store at starleaptv.printify.me. All purchases made through that platform are subject to Printify's own terms of service and return policies. Starleap Media LLC is not responsible for fulfillment, shipping, or disputes arising from purchases made on the Printify platform.

6. Music & Audio Content

The original music tracks available on the Site are the intellectual property of Starleap Media LLC and its contributing composers. Streaming is permitted for personal, non-commercial listening only.

Downloading, redistributing, sampling, or using any audio content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us via the contact form or any other channel, you grant Starleap Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Instagram, Printify, and others. These links are provided for convenience only. Starleap Media LLC has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Starleap Media LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starleap Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
