How It Works
Starleap is a creative co-op. Every contributor earns Royalty Points (RP) based on their work — and when revenue comes in, it flows back to the people who built it. No gatekeepers. No walls.
Royalty Points are earned by contributing to Starleap projects — whether you're animating, writing, coding, composing, or designing. Your RP represent your share of ownership in the work you helped create.
When a project generates revenue — through licensing, sales, streaming, or merchandise — that revenue is distributed proportionally to all RP holders on that project. The more you contribute, the more you earn.

Philosophy
There's no barrier to entry at Starleap. New talent, veterans, remote contributors — everyone has a path in. We partner with veterans and emerging creators alike, offering flexible remote roles that fit real lives.
Philosophy
We don't drop contributors when a project wraps. The Soft Landing philosophy means we work to transition people to the next project, keep RP intact, and make sure no one walks away empty-handed for work they put in.
Starleap is built for creators across disciplines. If you make things, there's a role for you.
