Our Mission
BUILT FOR CREATORS
Starleap is a unique media company built on a revenue-sharing co-op model from the ground up. Creative partners earn continued royalties on assets or work contributed. Our primary role is to act as a governing body and ensure quality standards and brand image are maintained.
Many hands make light work — so we aim to reward those who work together with us generously. Every contributor earns Royalty Points. Every project is co-owned by the people who made it.

WHAT WE CREATE
Our projects consist of kid and family-friendly entertainment. Although our main focus is gaming and animation, we can branch into print media such as children's storybooks, coloring books, graphic novels, and more.

WHO WE WORK WITH
Our creators include time-tested veterans and new, blazing talent — musicians, 3D modelers, programmers, concept artists, writers, voice actors, and more. This top-tier talent network allows us to work on large ongoing projects as well as smaller ones without disruption. Partners can work from anywhere and determine their own level of contribution.
First In-House Project
FROG & NEWT
"Frog and Newt" serves as proof of concept that leads to other projects — both a kid/family-friendly animated series and an adventure game. Built in a modular fashion simultaneously, we get at least two uses out of most assets. We deliver continuous content as it's made, with behind-the-scenes content, tips, and tutorials alongside every release.

An adventure game set in the Frog and Newt world, developed in-house by our co-op team.

HOW WE OPERATE
No Wall & Soft Landing
There's no barrier to entry at Starleap. Cross-tasking is encouraged — a musician who wants to try concept art tasks is free to do so at any time. Most tasks are open to all skill levels, fostering growth and an easier path to professionalism. When a project wraps, your Royalty Points stay intact.
Fail-Forward
We believe a big part of innovation is trial and error. Fail fast and fail often. We should not fear failure but understand that it is necessary and healthy. If we do not fail, we are not challenged or taking risks.
Transparent Revenue
Our revenue split is straightforward: 50% goes to the creator pool, 30% to Starleap operations, and 20% to investors. Any unused investment segments are passed on to creators, increasing royalty % upon project completion.
Portfolio Uses
Most tasks are open to you posting in your portfolio as soon as the work is accepted in the Asset Library, unless designated confidential. We want your contributions to build your career alongside ours.
